Everything Kodan touch became dully self-important or stupidly goody-goody. I like quaggan in general, but those in bitterfrost are unbearable.

If anything, I think the Norn deserve a little more of Darwin’s love over quaggan.

It’s actually really depressing that the most plot relevant things to happen in GW2 so far as Norn are concerned are:
Eir being a mincing pollyanna of the broken Destiny’s Edge
Braham following people around like a puppy.
Eir having a scene that was both fist-pump worthy (that Faolain takedown yo) and sigh-inducing (the other spoilery bit).
Braham being a putz.

Why weren’t the Norn learning from the Kodan? As a race, so far they’ve done very little beyond cower in Hoelbrak instead of attaining plot relevance.

I like them. They rank pretty far above humans and norn imo.
For generations they had exactly zero predators and grew complacent, and now that they have predators they aren’t going to lay down and die, they’re adapting and learning from races who generally had nothing better to do except try to creatively murder everything around them. (ie, every other race in the game).

And hey, there’s a dragon, no problem, Quaggans are ready to fight that, too. They may not be strong, but now many Norn are out swimming to patrol for Tequatl?

Good idea, lets round up all the quaggans and launch them at the next ED. With a bit of luck they wipe eachother out, and all else, they’ll weaken the dragon for us. No downsides to this plan

Zhaitan is dead, no new risen are being born. All Primordus and Jormag are capable of is imbueing their own minions with death magic, but they can’t make risen.
Zombie quaggans are no longer possible.

Yes, but not the elder dragons. You need a lich or megalomaniac, and right now, i think only Livia and Palawa Joko come close to redurrecting undead with personalities/souls in large quantities

I like Quaggans. I have a quaggan airmail, quaggan backpack, a quaggan minipet and a endless mystery quaggan tonic to transform myself as a quaggan. They are cute and should be loved by all other races.

Quaggan and Kodan are the worst races for the same reason – They take too godkitten long to speak. They should take elocution lessons from the Skritt, who are capable of communicating quickly and concisely.

I generally don’t mind the little blubberballs. I just wish they’d take less baths. :P And stop griping at me for not killing the Icebrood fast enough! Maybe get off your rumps and actually HELP me fight them off instead of sitting there complaining?

Every time I’m trying to take a character through a quest or mission or whatnot and a quaggan is involved (especially the ones in Bitterfrost!), I feel like Judy Hopps at the DMV. Complete with ANet standing there with Nick’s smug grin.
