I will add my guess on who it is.
With the mention of a “prophecy” I’m thinking it might actually be Aurene. Glint after all spoke tyrias language and foretold the “Flameseeker Prophecies” in GW1. So perhaps Aurene will now be able to speak our language too and will foretell her own prophecy for us now.

I feel like Aurene will stick with the “cute” angle at least a little bit longer. I’m not doubting she’ll learn to talk one day, I just feel like, as a dragon, who probably lives an insanely long life, she’s not going to be growing into even a toddler like stage any time soon. If she had a voice, I imagine it will be child like.

And as for outside of lore, adorable Aurene got a lot of positive feedback. I doubt they’ll rush her into adolescent/mature Aurene any time soon.

We were already told there’s more to Glint’s Legacy than just Aurene.

https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/A_Study_in_Gold

“Glint’s legacy is far more than just her offspring, and you must protect it all.”

“The legacy’s potential will only be realized in the fullness of time when all its pieces have developed and become defined in response to the world around them.”

“The legacy’s most essential elements will seed the new dawn of civilization. This is the precious treasure we leave in your hands. You must preserve it with no expectations of laurels.”

We’re likely going to focus on Step 2 of the legacy, which is not directly related to Aurene.

Dear ANet writers,
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
