Does ANet really expect the players to take each character through all the living story S2 chapters to make it the new zone? I understand that the story in GW2 is sole bound, but making the new zones soul bound as well is just poor design.

New zones are not soulbound…

you don’t need to do the story to get to the zones. You just gotta walk through the portal, dude
