Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to recover items that were linked to quests or achievements from previous living world events. Such as for example the Mad Memoires backpacks from Halloween 2012 or Scarlets helm reward skin.

Somewhere along the line I deleted these out of a need for backspace and have not regretted that until the introduction of the wardrobe system.

Is there a way to recover them or should they be considered lost forever?

I know some are at the laurels vendor, but i forget if they include the ones you mentioned above. Altho i expect they are lost together, a polite ticket to support explaining the deletion could be worth a shot.

The mad memories backpacks aren’t available since first halloween, AFAIK there’s no way to recover it if you deleted it. I guess you can only hope it returns this halloween, but don’t hold your breath, it didn’t return last one.

Same for the scarlet’s helm, the living story rewards linked to achievements are avalable on laurel vendors, but the ones you got as drops or mission rewards (like the helm, rutsack, jetpack and the like) aren’t available anymore AFAIK.

Open up a ticket as Randulf said anyway… you have nothing to lose..

It’s a pile of Elonian protection magic, mixed with a little monk training,
wrapped up in some crazy ritualist hoo-ha from Cantha.
A real grab bag of ‘you can’t hurt me. They’re called Guardians.

I once lost my Teq wings due to a bug and sent a ticket. The response back was “sorry but it’s against our policy to return such items”. Sending a ticket might help but don’t expect to get it. I assume it depends on who receives it whether u get it back or not.
