And a week has practically come and gone and there has been no response. We can all take it to heart that they truly do not care that they screwed us out of the completion.

They probably finished it several weeks ago, and now they’re doing something else, so they don’t care.

It’s already a fail on Anet’s part that players had to guess/extrapolate when the event was going to end.

If it makes you feel better, Slickpack was awfully ugly and I deleted mine.

Ha! I was right. They honestly do not care at all.

Yeah. Cause a track record of every single edition of LS being two weeks made it a big secret how long it would last this time………….

Ummm if I recall:

SAB lasted a month
The Secret of Southsun lasted a month
Dragon Bash lasted a month
Bazaar of the four winds lasted a month
Queen’s Jubilee lasted a month
SAB: back to school lasted a month
Blood and Madness is going to last a month

if you look at the release page, that’s every other LS (with the exception of them having both Teq rising and Twilight Assault both lasting 2 weeks and then Blood and Madness lasting 4). So everyone here who didn’t manage to get the meta because they assumed it would be around for 4 weeks were going over the “established” pattern.

Plus it doesn’t help that one of the last (if not the last) daily reward was to make a key, which didn’t register for many people (I know it didn’t work for myself and a friend).

Yeah, they changed the established set up which was the first LS of the month lasts 4 weeks, the second LS of the month lasts 2, repeat… I understand that weird things happen when you get to this time of year and you have 3 LS during the month because of the way weeks work, but if such a thing was happening they should have told us, and they should have made sure that their dailies worked. Many were screwed out of it by just 1 daily which was bugged, either last or second to last.

EDIT: ArenaNet, many of us are still angry about this and it will not just blow over…
