g2a has been known to sell keys purchased with stolen credit cards. So you likely bought one of those keys.

You will have to contact support to get the issue resolved. Don’t submit another ticket. If you don’t hear anything back in 72 hours, post your ticket in a thread in the Account & Tech Support subforum at the top of the main forum page
