Alright, this seems silly but I need help identifying an armor piece. This bottom is a Norn cultural piece but I can’t for the life of me figure out what set the top/coat is in yet. Does anyone know? It’s definitely a player available piece.

It drops from chest and foes. It is of ‘rare’ Quality and drops as a level 54 to level 80 drop.

Ah, thank you! I was greatly confused by the other answer. Someone in my guild told me it was the Kodan set, so I googled it. Ironically though they weren’t right I was able to find someone wearing this piece who wanted to upgrade to the Koda top. I appreciate it though. Had I not been favored by fortune, I would have needed the info!
