Hechicera has some very sound advice if you still feel that your recent endeavours don’t seem to be going anywhere. (but they probably are)

I agree it is a balance. Having a balance to anything is quite important. Pretty much everything to be a good human being is pretty good.

Just carry on little by little everyday. Remember you’re an amazing human being.
