Hello,

I just received a Black Lion Miniature Claim Ticket. I double clicked on it and nothing happened. No vendor screen popped up, which is what I believe should have happened? Any advice?

According to the wiki you should be able to double-click it; “Double-click to access a vendor that accepts tickets in exchange for a miniature of your choice. The ticket is consumed after choosing a miniature.”

Maybe try relogging or try it on a different character? If neither of those options works I recommend trying customer support.
