Er, except Guardians aren’t holy warriors. There are no “You are this if you are this class” in this game. Your class makes a difference mechanically but not story wise. If you perceive them that way, you’re literally just shutting yourself down.

But ya, sorry that you don’t like the classes. What builds were you using with them? I mean, it sounds like you really just wanted as much spike DPS as you could WHILE doing super support, which doesn’t happen in this game really. I’m not sure.

I have a friend who focuses on turrets. He kicks butt with them. Ya, his DPS is low, but it’s not like performing top DPS is all that important in this game. Support roles with low damage are just as important. His heal turret/shield combo has saved our collective butts on many an occasion.

I’m not saying you’re playing them wrong, I just think maybe your playstyle isn’t cut out for the roles you’re trying to fill?

I think you may be wanting too much in one class.

So basicly, you are saying that every class has some very positive sides, but also some things that makes the fights interesting and not always a -bang your head on the keyboard and win -. I see the same thing, every class I played have brought me to a point where the foes where pulling my shorts over my head due to the limitations of my class. The thing I always had to do was change my tactics and I could continue again.

I think that is what a good class should be; challenging and interesting.
I think you are giving it up too soon.

its very weak at the start . it gains mroe power from a good trait setup ..so it can take a while to get things swinging.

once you got the traits goign though .a.nd are using the right weapon combo’s ..i personaly sue staff and GS.. then you will find its very good. It has nice burst dmg in a shatter build ..relativly good sustaind dmg with a phantasm build (for bosses) ..and its utilities are wicked. Its also realyl good at kiting.

Not to mention the fun factor of playing it ..you gotta be quik with the skills to get things going . bang out 3 clones asap ..shatter then ..bang out another 3 .shatter ..bang out another 1 clone and 2 phantams ..then you have your other skills that can reflect dmg ..put tones of conditions on enimies and boons on yourself. and whilst doign this you have to swtich weapons and dodge and kite.. rly fun.
