I’ve bought berserker rings and gems to upgrade them, but the game won’t let me. I am currently trying to set up my Warriors Glass Cannon build. Is this normal or is it bugged ?

Check the levels of both of the items this could be our problem.

You can put a Superior Sigil on a Rare Weapon, can you not put an Exotic Upgrade on a Rare Trinket, for example?
