Hello,
I can play around 2 hours each day. I am curious, what would be more efficient in terms of gold, should I do some CoF / AC runs or should I gather Mithril and wood around Orr?

Once every 3-4 days I would require some money to buy food / oils / repairs for the time I spend in WvW.

But yes, AC/CoF speed runs are a good way to make money.
Farming CS events are another way.

You have only 2 hours each day soo..
-If you have alts and lots of karma, buy a karma orichalchum axe (lvl 1, appx 600 karma for 25 pieces) and park your alts at the ori rich node in Southsun Cove.
-since it’s unlikely you’ll have DR, I suggest shelt/pen farming until you notice you hit DR
-at that point, run speed run dungeons like AC.

i think its Diminished Return!!
is when the game start reducing the rewards you get for doing the same thing over and over again in short periods of times!!

In this game it is more location oriented. If you continue to run around in the same area for a long period of time then DR will kick in.

If you move through out multiple zones for the same time period you will not encounter diminished return.

This was implemented to attack botting.

The markets for ori and ancient wood are tanking. I suspect most people have their exotic armor and/or are expecting ascended armor to be non-craftable and noticeably better than anything crafted.

An AC run is anywhere from 2-3g for all three paths and takes an hour to an hour and half. CoF speed runs are all over the place for everything. Cursed Shore is much more useful for farming karma than gold. You run into DR way too fast to make the kind of money you would doing fast dungeon runs.

Oh, and fractal 10 dailies. Easy 2-3g and takes less than an hour unless you get a borderline dysfunctional group. Make sure to clear all the mobs in the Jade Maw section (final map of evens) as those mobs have the best drop rates in the game.

why would AC provide more gold than CoF for example?
I`ve done a few runs and people usually skip / run from all the mobs :/

I’d say AC is best imo

would Arah hold better rewards then AC you think ? I saw that the armors / weps are pretty nice.
TA rewards are also nice, but the dungeons STINKS.
