Hey there, i noticed the price for the gemstore dyes crashed, so i assumed you can now get a refund if you were using one twice across your characters.
I too used one twice so my simple question is: How do i now get a refund for it? I never bothered for any outgamestuff so i have no idea.
On the same topic i want a refund for a gemstore shirt which turned into a useless tonic as well.

You’re a bit late to the party, but you have to open a support ticket and they’ll help you from there.

All requests for refunds must be submitted prior to July 15, 2014.
