Guild Wars 2

Hi fellow gamers!

I am the leader of a small (3 person) guild on Desolation (EU) and we are looking to generate enough favor to begin the guild hall claim process. We are all work colleagues and significant others that play, however not always on at the same time and organisation for Guild Missions can be difficult.

I was wondering if there were a few people who have either done the guild missions previously and wouldn’t mind showing us how they are done running with us, or have an alt that they wouldn’t mind joining the guild with and running the missions.

If it’s an issue of time/gold then I have some gold available, or we are happy to return the favor if needed/wanted.

A single person can run a race mission if other guilds are doing it at the same time. Once the total of 15 across the line is reached you can claim the favour. The lowest amount you get from the different levels is 300 so more than enough to pay for the claiming. If you pick PvE only missions (others require at least 3 members of the guild to get credit) your odds go up of getting one that week a solo player (or 2) can do to get things rolling.

Guild treks are the easiest guild missions. The easy treks are soloable. The medium is doable with 2. The hard trek can be done with 3 but 4 is safer to avoid being screwed by RNG. The easy bounties can also be done with 2 people.

My EU account isn’t built (like I haven’t even chosen a server haha). However, I understand what you mean. I basically just do the easy treks for guild favor (5 locations, use wiki for little maps and quick waypoints, super easy if you have world completion), and I can usually goad my husband into helping me with the medium trek. That was enough to at least get us started.
