Q:
How can you reset slot skills?
A:
Ah, I see – short answer is that you can’t reset your skills.
If you accidentally unlocked one you didn’t want you are stuck with it. The good news is that you will generate enough skill points to unlock all the skills on your character and then some. After you reach the level cap at 80 you still earn xp and each ‘level’ above 80 earns you another skill point.

Do you mean the skills you buy with skill points? These can be changed anytime you aren’t in combat. Hover over the skill slot on your UI bar and a little white arrow should appear at the top of the skill slot, click this and a menu of all your available skills will appear for you to pick a new one.
You can also do this through the skill page on the Hero panel.

No, i’m talking about skill points. I clicked on the wrong skill when i acquired skill points/leveled up and am having trouble finding out how to reset the skills that i picked.
But you can by your professions training manuals as you progress in lvls. Each time you use on, it resets all your points to distribute as you see fit.
(at lvls 11,40 and 60).

Those manuals reset your trait points, not the skills bough with skill points.

To clarify, DO NOT buy manuals if you wish to reset your traits. Select the option under that to reset your traits whenever you want. Believe it costs 10 copper per trait point used.
