How do I find an organized shatterer?
Did you try the LFG? I don’t meant to be condescending but you might not know it exists. Hit ‘Y’ I believe it the default.
I park a toon at the shatterererererererererer’s spawn location and if I’m not otherwise engaged, I’ll check LFG. The only time I’ve been a failed event was when I tried about 10-12 minutes after the window opened (i.e. beyond the last minute).
To get a super-organized no-fly map is trickier. Try weekends or right around reset. There seem to be a few EU/US guilds that set up to do it regularly.

That’s nice to know. I’ve done about a dozen shatterer fights and never found a group that was able to pull it off. The only time the group was organized enough to possibly break his bar he bugged out and had all 3 defiance bars back to back (ie less than 5 seconds between them) and everyone was really confused.
