Guildie linked it and no word on how to make one, they mentioned costs 100 gold and stack of ecto => but how do I make it? Or do I buy it somewhere?

You buy it from the Skritt in LA. Just south of [Diverse Ledges Waypoint]. Enter through a cave under water.

I bought one ( 5 stack of ecto + 40 s ) all it does it one use.. i got 1 ecto back and a junk item worht 10s.. DONT BUY THIS :P unless its used in a recipe later

I know peoples who get a kitten tons of money from this. Its kinda like a lottery.

Started with ~1600g 250e. Ended with ~40g 700e.
Stay away from it if you can’t afford losing all of your money. The only reason i did it is that i stopped playing gw2.))
