Guild Wars 2

As an elementalist, I have multiple ways to increase my movement speed. Question is if I have all the traits & passive utilities active, do they stack? if so how do they stack?

Trait

One with Air -You move 5% faster every 10 seconds you are attuned to air. Maximum of 25% bonus movement speed.
Windborne Dagger - Move 15% faster when wielding a dagger.

Utility

Signet of Air Passive: Grants a 10% increase in movement speed.
Active: Blind your target and nearby foes.

I have not tested this and I am also interested if someone has the official answer.

However, if I had to guess based on my experiences: I believe that passive movement bonuses do not stack with any type of other movement bonus and are for out of combat bonuses only.
