Alright, I was trying to go for a mainly fire dps based elementalist that is about average in the squishiness department

How do you guys feel about this build? (I am fairly new)

Might be an idea to use a mroe up to date build calculator to show your build too though? now havnt palyed ele much so dont remember how its tratis are but looking at the mesmer in same build calculator you used, just taking a quick look over the minor traits several of them where either wrong or at wrong places (due to balance changes that obviously been done since)

I can recommend this build calculator if you are designing a PvE build – it’s up to date and give much more info on the effect of traits to your overall stats. You can also factor in armour, weapons and trinkets.
