I am doing Lion’s Arch Exterminator Achievement. I was waiting at “Eastern Ward – Take care of the inn’s bed bug infestation.” The inn’s door is not interactive. How do I know it’s due to the bug or it is day time ?

As far as I know, there is no bug. If you can’t interact with the door, it’s day time.

In most maps, if you look up at the sky you’ll see stars and maybe the moon at night.

The door activates at night. Hope this helps.

If you have a sylvari (with glow made bright in creation) or an Ascalon catacombs weapon you can equip, you can tell it’s night by the glow. ’vari’s pulse at night, and the weapons glow blue.

I don’t know if this site will help, but assuming day and night are global across Tyria now (used to be each map was on its own cycle), then the top timer bar for Verdant Brink shows you when night is: http://dulfy.net/2015/11/09/gw2-hot-maps-timer-famme/
