Anyone knows the dropping odds of these items that drop from world boss’s chests? It seems really hard to get any. Thanks.

Well they are exotic so the rate is going to be low.
On the other hand I’ve gotten a couple exotic Symbol of the Inquest, Eternal Ice and Breath of Kralkatorik. That was back when I was doing the world bosses more often.

The chance is terrible. Have been doing all world bosses every day since feature patch and neither me nor anyone in my group found one of the exotic ones.

I run a full world boss circuit fairly often (maybe four days per week on average) and had gotten symbol of the inquest exotic several months ago. I did have a commissioner’s manifesto at one point but sadly salvaged it long ago.

Also realize the ogre event that drops Sam is nearly always glitched. The ogre and the dredge commissioner were removed from the world boss timers, and I’ve given up on ogre until they fix the event, which apparently has been broken for a very long time.

I’ve gotten one or two of them between champion farming and bonus chests from WvW/EoTM. They’re a very low drop rate; especially some of the more rare ones like Entropy or Genesis.

My girlfriend got Ulgoth’s Tail just two days ago, and she got another one in the past too. (She runs world boss trains a lot more often than I do, though.) I haven’t had any luck recently, but I got the Commissar’s Manifesto months ago (and sadly sold it). Have not yet seen any of the other drops. Currently I’m farming Rhendak every day to try and get his signet.

Sam and the Manifesto are tougher to get than most since their events are frequently bugged. ANet really needs to get on top of these bugged events; some of these bugs have been around since launch, and it’s really not a good look for their game. :/
