Pile of bloodstone dust

Those pages list all the uses for it (I’ve included Bloodstone Bricks because they’re made from the dust and used for a lot of things). In brief it’s used to craft ascended armour and weapons and occasionally for other special items.
But as you’re finding you’ll get a lot of it. More than you’re ever likely to need, and that supply isn’t going to disappear any time soon. There are actually a few items in the game whose sole purpose is to convert bloodstone dust into bags of random items, simply because players were finding they were getting far more than they needed but they weren’t happy just deleting it.
So in other words even if you think you might need it one day there is no reason to keep stacks of it taking up bank space. You can delete it now and then obtain more when you actually need it.
What I do
I keep some in my bank as bricks, about 15 usually but there’s no set number. Enough so I have some on hand if I need them. And up to 250 dust (because that’s how much fits in a storage tab). When I find I can’t deposit the dust I use Mawdrey II to convert it into bags of random items and sell or salvage those and then I start over.
The only exception to that is on the rare occasions I actually need more than 250 at once. For example the new map Bloodstone Fen has vendors selling items for the new unbound magic currency + bloodstone dust, and some of those cost more than 250 dust. Then I’ll save it up until I have enough for the next item.
But I’d never keep more than 250 unless I needed it for a specific purpose.

Only 1500? I am still at least 10,000 short …
Hey all,
I was wondering, I have like 1500 (near) of those! What is the use of this dust? Should i keep that much it’s taking so much place in my bank… And I just don’t want to deleted them and found out that I need it for something good to craft!!
What are you doing to pile your stock?
Cheers
I’m turning it into Bloodstone Bricks because I’m working on a long-term project of making 42 pieces of ascended equipment.
…a very long-term project…

Is it possible to craft a second Mawdrey? I have another vine.

You can craft multiple of the backpack but not the bloodstone eater.
The most profitable venture is to craft toxic consumables with bloodstone dust. They go for ~80s and give a decent profit on the blood stone dust you spend.

Not really. The price of Toxic spores has risen so high you’d have to farm them which takes its time.

Even buying out the toxic spores and T6 dust I still calculate 75s profit on 100 bloodstone dust so I have no idea what you’re talking about but by all means feel free to not do it, not like I care if you make money or not.

Oh right..
You produce them in bulk and the TP shows the price per item. My Bad!
