So, I read on another topic that it isn’t possible to have both Sigil of Bloodlust and Sigil of Perception, because only on of the stacks from kills would apply.

So here is what I wonder…
I’m playing as a thief and currently use the Trait Critical Haste [10% chance to get quickness (2s) on a critical hit (30-second cooldown).] and than have Sigil of Rage [10% Chance on Critical: Gain Quickness (3 Seconds) (Cooldown: 45 Seconds)] on my off-hand dagger. This apparently gives me two independent chances of gaining Quickness.

For example, if I gain Critical Haste through a critical strike and is granted 2s Quickness, I then have another 10% chance to gain Quickness from the Sigil.

My question is if I would get a third independent 10% chance of Quickness if I put a Sigil of Rage into my other dagger, or would one of the Sigils nullify the other one, like Sigil of Bloodlust and Sigil of Perception do to eachother?

Thanks in advance!

On-crit sigils will only ever proc one at a time, share a cooldown, and multiply chances together for proccing. For two different on-crit sigils, the main hand is prioritized and only if that one does not proc will the off-hand be checked.

In the case of two Sigils of Rage, you would end up with a 19% ((1-10%)-10%) chance to gain quickness on a crit on a 45 second cooldown.
