Hi Everyone, I noticed that on the tooltip is says Banners last 45 seconds and have a cooldown of 96 seconds. (Inspiring Banners trait reduces cd by 20%)

But for some reason my banners disappear with only 3 or 4 seconds left on the cooldown, meaning they must have lasted over 90 seconds?

So my question is, are banner durations bugged or is the tooltip wrong?

Tooltip is wrong. Banner duration was doubled at one point and the tooltip never updated.
