When do you get the hat skins?
You get it when you participate in the dragonball arena

No thats not it. I did that but did not get it. Other people just got them from logging in or going to LA. It are the skins ArenaNet first said they would make available during the weekend. But I can not be on this weekend so loved to see that people did get them today already. of course I did not get them:S
You were supposed to get them on the weekend, I guess some people got them already as a glitch.

Ok well then I hope everybody just gets them because I am not online this weekend. BTW I would not say ‘some people’ guest. A lot of people got it.
I get it when wp to the one in the middle of big cities portals.. near the fountain in the plaza.. maybe i wp there when the firework show was up.. stay in the plaza sometimes u have to be there when show is on
So far no luck. don;t know if the past patch also fixed the problem. I asked in the guild and so far there is only 1 other person who did not get it. My luck.

I think that is the bug. even it is the other way around. So can not get the skins now anymore:S

U get it when u attend the firework event that happens every few hours in lions arch. You will get it eventually.
