How do you “quote” ppl in this forum? im sorry its probably really simple but I cant seem to figure it out, there’s only that “permalink” option and ive clicked it and then… I dunno is there a hot-key to paste that in or something?

In the bottom right corner of your post I can see 3 icons.

‘Quote this User’ is the first one on the left (an arrow pointing left).

Okay, look at the bottom of my post and there are three little icons. One is an arrow. Click that and viola.

Thanks guys, yeah this is like any other forum I have used however the icons simply aren’t there O_O this really makes no sense, I can see them on this page and most pages but not the thread I wanna do it on and I can see others have done quotes on that thread

I’m logged into the forums and there are no quote buttons for me, either. I don’t see three buttons at the bottom of every post, no arrows at all, just a “chain link” in the lower right corner. I couldn’t even log in without lowering my privacy settings from “medium” which is not an issue with any other forum – I kept getting an error saying that cookies were disabled but they are not disabled at medium, just restricted from doing things without telling me. Perhaps there is a problem with their site?

[Edit] Very strange… I posted a message in this thread and suddenly the other two options have appeared – quote and report. It must be a bug because until this moment they were not there.

I had the little chain problem as well, I just logged out and back in and it sorted it
