Regarding headsize I have some questions.

I know that in character creation you can increase the size of the head with the slider.
Still the head feels to small on my human male necro and sylvari male thief.

I increased the head width even on the necro to make it look bigger (he has long grey hair, so the bangs on both size being wide gives a slightly larger impression).

Both the necro and the male sylvari thief are relatively small in length.
With my larger in lenght characters I dont have this ‘’head is to small’’ feeling.
Although they are normal/large in length and both have beards (humans), which makes the face look larger.

Is there any length on which the head feels relatively smaller head to body ratio that you know of? Could it be a certain face or hairstyle that makes it look smaller.
My other Sylvari is the same length but his head feels bigger, even though its the same size in the slider.

I’m not sure when you tried making your new char but I have some info to share. I made a new human Thief for the beta to test out the elite spec and noticed that the char creation system became bugged. As soon as I chose thief the body and head seemed to distort and his head did indeed look very strange for the body (far too small). It just looked plain weird and I have never seen it like that before and I have made tons of chars in the past as I have done world complete 10 times as well as made tons of chars to farm keys.

So maybe this is what you are seeing? Might be worth mentioning it as a bug perhaps.

The characters that I am talking about I made in the past few weeks.

If the headsize is incorrect due to a bug, than I hope and would expect, that you can at least change that slider for free when they fix it. So that it can become what you wanted it to be when the character was created.
That would be fair.

So the best that can be done is reporting this possible issue ingame en than waiting till it becomes known if this issue is indeed correct and until it becomes fixed if there is a bug?

Sorry I haven’t replied sooner, I usually don’t visit it this sub forum.

Keep on testing it I would suggest to see if it keeps happening. If it does take some screens shots and then post them here on the bugs forum. I find that using the forums for reporting bugs is usually faster dealt with than reporting in game. Also with the screenshots if it is a serious issue it can let them know exactly how bad it is and what you are talking about.

I may test it again myself a bit later on today if I get some spare time but either way gl with it.
