I ordered different type masterwork staff level 80 and made rare staff in mystic toilet.

Why make rare staff? they worth 60-70 silver. You can order masterwork staff 2silver and 33 copper.

I know theare are faster ways make gold. but this way you can hang out in EB.

What is “EB” ??

Eternal Borderlands. Apparently, OP used the MF in Stonemist. (Maybe it’s meant to be ironic, since typically people feel they can’t make a lot of coin in WvW and the OP did, only using an unexpected method.)

It’s a luck game tho. You’d have to get a rare within every sixth try to make a profit. The toilet usually isn’t that nice.

It’s still very much RNG. You could easily not get any rare staves from your next ten forges.

nevermind that. what the heck is “mystic toilet”? o.O

Mystic forge = Mystic Toilet = Mystic Flusher = MF. You can toss in 4 items and get on (maybe better) in return. You only get a RARE 20% of the time and as mentioned above it’s RANDOM, so it’s certainly not a guaranteed return (basically gambling your gold).

Or Mystic Slot Machine. And it’s a 20% chance that the quality of the returned item is higher. So throw in masterwork (green) and you have a 20% to get a rare (yellow).

You could make more money farming rich ore nodes. Especially if you preparked your alts on nodes if you don’t use them.

Right. I’ve made that same typo since launch. Three borderlands and one battleground. (You don’t have to be a WvW player to correct it… or to make the mistake. Doesn’t matter how many times I’ve been, I still just automatically type “borderland” for all wvw maps.)
