lower level back pieces?
The quaggan skin comes with a back item with no stats so that you can get the appearance even if you don’t have a back item on your character.
Where are lower level back pieces? I want the Quaggan backpack for my alt. But i can’t find any back pieces below level 75. I need one for level 30 to apply the Quaggan skin.
