1 Profession per team
Not true, we have beaten a group of 5 necros with 2 tempests (one of them is me), a scrapper, druid and a necro in ruby yesterday (our team had soloQ’ers). Just because you see opponents have stacked necro (or any other professions except warriors) doesn’t automatically imply they’re all equally good. Most necros I’ve faced spam conditions/marks (including the #4 skill) right at the beginning and then chickens out after cleansing and focusing. A bit of focus and they will die BUT condi cleanse is must in this meta – If you don’t have them necros will eat you alive.

There could be a mechanic that promises you an extra 2 Bonus PiP , if you Win by playing underrepresented classes , or a ’’combiantion’’ of Class + Power/Condition Amulet (in a little box under the Unranked+Ranked Botun)
(the mechanic is enabled after your second Win + 2nd Loss)
and you have to ’’gamble’’ , by either playing a class you know well and winning the next map with 1 PiP , or try to play the underrepresented class and get 3 PiP
But this season its a test subject , to see how many teams will be formed now vs the Season 1
(just like the Lama finishers in the first Tournament , where you got it for free regadles or Win/Loose , and in the Second Tourmament you had to Win atleast 1 Team)
3 or more Necros is annoying but I do know that druids can counter.
Set Avatar to cleanse 13 condis and when you use it get in and out as fast as you can. Since you don’t burn all of your AF by getting out of Avatar as fast as you can, you can often regenerate all that AF within 10-15 seconds, which gives you a way to cleanse 13 condis on a very short cooldown.
Then trait all you glyphs to drop seeds, which aoe cleanse 2 more condis per person, per seed. I usually run S&R, toughness signet and 3 glyphs if I’m against 3 Necros.
Not sure if other professions can find a way to do the same but when carefully tweaked a druid can easily clear a ton of condis, fast.
And yes, it did work. I was mid point defender in that match and didn’t go down any more than usual. Three times, to be exact.
First off, if you are one of the stacked professions, feel free to switch if it annoys you that much.
Secondly, stacked professions says NOTHING about their build. I play a trapper druid sometimes, and having a shout druid and a paladin druid with me on my team isnt anything different than having two other professions on my team, because those builds are that different.
So no, it wouldnt change anything but queuetime.
not gonna happen, not needed. The classes are mostly different enough so that stacking one 3+ times won’t help you against balanced teams.
