I’m interested in buying a Custom Arena Starter Kit, but i’m wondering if i can give the permission to change the settings to other players?

I did not find any statements about this topic so far.

I’d also like something like this, but the problem is, then ArenaNet would sell less kits, since one kit can be used by multiple person.
