This was a great patch, not perfect but in the right direction, hopefully it’s not just a temporary thing to allow Next expac powercreep

I think it was… June? Before HoT specialization patch was pretty good.

No, the powercreep already started there with the trait merges.

ETA: And yes, it was june 23th 2015. I know because I knew my power D/D thief would be unplayable from then on
