I have played in 4 guild teams during the first season. I was waiting for the rewards and I was very happy to see 4 chests appear in my screen, however when I opened the chests there was nothing in it and not just me but also my guildies who were in the same teams… why did you do this to us Anet?

Empty bouncy chest

Like, I clicked on the chest on the bottom right and got nothing in my inventory.

I had the exact same problem, got it during mordremoth instance. Opened em and checked my inventory and nothing popped up in there.

The chests were empty. I opened the chests and the animation showed it going to my inventory but nothing appeared.

I just thought you got rewards based on your highest ranked team.

Same here, bouncy chest, did not appear is expected in my inventory.

eagerly awaiting said fix, I didn’t even know we were on the leaderboard till I saw the bouncy chest and then it was empty

Can confirm 2 copper chests did not show up in my inventory. The gold, silver and bronze chests did work however.

Bouncy Chest for me and my team mates, nothing inside or anything shown at all. However, another guild team within the same guild was able to get his rewards.

Is this a joke? The trophy is the kittentiest looking one I’ve seen, 0 creativity, 0 effort, 0 kittens given. The rewards are even worse – eggplant? Shards of glory? Mithril ingot?

participated in 3 teams, got reward from 1, 2 others came up empty – gl&hf

Didn’t get a chest at all. My highest team was #273, so should have a copper.

I also got empty chests…

I thought that was intended.

I had one of my boxes show up with the reward in the window, but when accepted it disappeared.

Same here. Did you guys accept the shakey chest while repping another guild by chance?

My gold and bronze chest worked. But the other ones had nothing in it

I was in my guilds ranked team that was placed in the top 250. However on the day the rewards came out I was somehow no longer on the team. Everyone else on the team got their rewards except for me. Is there any way you guys can fix this so I can get the reward I worked so hard for?

I also didn’t receive anything out of my bouncy chest and would like to call attention to the quality of the rewards. I hoped for a little more than 5g and worthless mats from a gold reward box. a finisher would have been cool

It’s interesting to hear that people saw chests on a personal level. I played on a reward winning team and didn’t see any chest at all nor did any one playing on the team.

Considering the description of the reward “Guild Challenger Decoration token, coin, and items to help restore your guild arena” I expected the guild leader to have to pick that up for the guild that team represented. I looked everywhere at the mists vendors and found nothing. I was thinking there would be one reward available for each reward ranked team the guild had. So if a guild had 2 copper teams, and a bronze team, they would end up with 3 trophies and 3 sets of mats and stuff to apply to the guild hall. I also went to check the treasury, the guild bank to see if it was deposited there. I had every guild leader sign in to see if it was mailed in game to a single guild leader.

I’m glad to have found this post. I’ve been everywhere in the game searching for the source. We have just one more upgrade that will take pvp potions so we were holding that back to use this reward. Considering it looks individual, we can just go ahead and move that. Thanks for the post.

I was the leader of a ranking team and didn’t get a reward chest at all. One of our team members got it, but it was empty.

I don’t receive anything in the chest either.

Any update on the issue?
