Guild Wars 2

As title, wiki says it was PvP Masquerade armor before, and can be acquired from the forge, but no longer exists in PvP now.

Is the only way nowadays to get the skin to play PvP for the chest acquired when level up?
If it is, any clues that it most likely drops at what level range?

You can’t get them anymore, since you can only unlock PvE skins. Forge PvP materials are removed.

leveling up during 31-80 doesn’t give you pvp items or pvp skins anymore.
