I’ve noticed that the no 1. on the solo queue leaderboard has been there for quite some time, despite the fact the number of games won has remained at 473. If leaderboard decay is working, how is this possible?

he wrote in german forum he play every day only 2 games and only primetime and cancel his Q after 5 min cause than he would get paired with lower ranks

So basically he is exploiting the leaderboard by cancelling the decay via joining the queue and then just leaving a match at the start?

Any devs care to reply about this issue?
