Matchmaking rules are configured so that teams are intended to have even odds of victory. This matches the behavior of Unranked Arena and Ranked Arena before leagues.

They talked about the off-season MM. Since you can’t progress in divisions, only match-making rating will count for games… (i guess)
I would like some “official” in “season” stance about MM.

From what I read on the patch notes they are keeping the same messed up putting a better team against a worse team matchmaking in ranked leagues as we’ve had since leagues started, the only thing they changed is ranked is gonna be around in off season and that’s the one where they are going to use the old ranked matchmaking system for. So no leagues isn’t gonna be any better, same ol same ol crap.
