So true—however, new players’ perception of balance = population.

The thread is called “observed profession distribution in sPvP,” not, “thieves are OP in paid tournaments.”

People will draw conclusions regardless of what the data is meant to represent so it is important to make the two distinct which I think the OP has done in his later posts.

if you joined hot join servers you saw less skillful players, so you saw more of the less skillful classes, thief and warrior, you see far less of them in Free tournies, and even fewer in paid tournies.

Thanks for this data. So, the two most popular professions happen to be the ones with the most effective oneshot/1second kill options… surprise!
