Guild Wars 2

I am new to the “PVP Scene” and I have some questions about the reward tracks.

1. Is the Dungeon Armor that you get for completing say Ascalon Catacombs Track actually real armor from the dungeon or is it just a skin.
2. Are the Weapons from the dungeon just skins or are they real too
3. Does my level matter (I am level 38) or will it all be like level 80 stuff (from the dungeons

The armor and weapons you get from the weapon/armor chests are exotic level 80 regardless of your level and they are the real armor/weapons that you would get from the dungeon vendor. Everything else loot-wise is based on your level though, so instead of getting exotic guilded coffers or something you’ll just get green ones and lower level loot.
