P.S. Just to make sure you know what you’re talking about, can you tell us your rank and the contents of the last rank up chest you received?
Irrelevant. I’m not going to perpetuate the garbage idea that person of X rank has no relevant opinion just because YOU decide it to be that way whilst touting your personal idea of injustice making it blatant hypocrisy.
The fact is I’ve never bashed anyone of any rank and I challenge you to give me even one instance of it. Your’e just grandstanding. Probably you got me mixed up with someone else and only now realized your mistake and are too embarrassed to admit it.

Your words. Not mine. You gave the game away and made me realize that you don’t know what you’re talking about as soon as you said that r70’s had already received their rank up chests. This is not about a “relevant opinion”. It’s about ascertaining whether or not you are in any position to be an authority on what you’re talking about.
Oh how you children decide to raise the bar any time an opposing opinion comes your way, first it’s R55s, now it’s anyone under R70, seriously, you’re incredibly boring and contradictory. You say you don’t perpetuate the idea that you have to be a certain rank to have an opinion or know what they are talking about has to be X rank and yet, you just did.
I’ve been playing PvP since launch as have many friends, I’m well aware of the time investment and just like you Boy Wonder, I’m entitled to my opinion whether you deem it valid or not simply because you want to set your own prerequisites.
There’s no point arguing with you, you want to gloss over any valid point in an utterly childish way and maintain you are the keeper of justice. Hilarious and hypocritical.
Wait a minute. You say you’ve played PvP since the start and you still equate the new rank up chests with skill tomes, gold and chance of precursors to the ones you used to get when you ranked up before.

Well they aren’t equal but with the glory you’ve got you had a shot at getting tomes, at the very least. As for gold, whether it’s for PvE or PvP I doubt it’s that much gold anyway (if we’re talking about the PvE gear in the chests, that is). Finally, a chance of precursor? You still need the gift of exploration to get a legendary out of it…how would you get it if you’re playing PvP? Does it really matter anyway since you’ll get chests when you rank up again and again and you’ll get a precursor then?
Is this situation annoying to high ranks : yes
Will whining while being rather rude to people who ask to stop whining help your case : I doubt it.

I fail to see how his rank on the LB means anything. Most high rank peeps agree to say the LB are meaningless so…

I mostly enjoy my ele and I don’t wanna play it in the meta that’s been around for months now.
That aside, I’m not asking for anything, I’m explaining that your behaviour is toxic and you’re not even helping your case…Btw, how is being a casual “filthy”? xD you should probably get some help, buddy.
I main ele (scepter / focus roamer and staff team-fighter), but have a decent amount of experience playing warrior (longbow + mace / sword home defender, roamer, far point assaulter), guardian (staff + mace / focus mid bunker), engi (rifle far point assaulter / decapper / bunker) and mesmer (greatsword + sword / focus trebber)
mmmmh, condi war, bunker guard, decap engi, you so pro <3 I’m sure you having tons of stuff playing those classes

He’s saying that they’ve been rewarded, that much is true. I’d like to see him comment on that because I honestly can’t defend him on that one.
