So despite the mountains of feedback, S3 will still be a PVE style Grind Fest with no allowances for division drops. People who play enough games will eventually get to ruby, making it that mess of a division it was last season.

They don’t have any intention of making this truly competitve. The minor changes they made for this season actually moved a little more away from it imo. Imagine the crying that would happen if people could lose divisions. Most people think they are entitled to winning more then half there games regardless of there skill level.
