Help Anet please!

My whole team is stuck in the OLD Paid Tourny.

We were on third map when the update came und got kicked out. Since then it tells us we are waiting for a tourny to start (tournament is in progress).. there’s no GO NOW button and we cannot leave the roster anymore.

That means we cannot apply for NEW PAIDs or Free Tourny…

What can we do about it?

They should prevent Quing up a half hour before a patch. and then announce that half hour patch in advance so people know why. That way most tournies will finish b4 servers coming down.

still stuck. Seems like some team wont’ be able to play for some days, yeah, like there weren’t enough team already.

I am still stuck in there – so it apparently wasn’t a matter of time. Would be glad to get dev’s help with it!

stucked too… pretty annoying, didnt even get a chest after winning sec. round and getting kicked out… stil waiting for at least 3qps and 80 gems..

it’s amazing how each patch are out millions of problems …. my guild has been stuck since last night before the upgrade and you have not yet solved … you broke with this pve ….

Still stuck in Paid! It should be first priority to give the people the possibility to play. In other words: Pls fix this before you do other unnecessarily things.

And try to learn from mistakes! It simply shouldn’t be possible to queue for tournaments ~2 hours before the patch comes and (censored) like this won’t happen. I don’t get it… is it really that hard to do things properly!?

Can we please get an answer on this topic? This is ridiculous, for 1 time every1 is playing paids but we can’t because you failed to update the game properly (again) and some of us are still stucked in 18h old Tournaments… At least tell us that you read this and that you know about this problem. We don’t event need a fix time when it will be fixed. Tell us you know about the problem and tell us when you will give us the next update about the bug…
