Can’t leave, match is over, and it seems all 10 of us get put back into the same finished match even though the game is over.

Restarting the game does nothing, char swap does nothing, no one can leave.

….

Help?

I’ve got the same problem – I’m going to report the bug, and hopefully someone will notice and let us out before everyone goes home for the weekend.

Stuck on map selection screen. I tried relogging, going to custom server, whatever I do it’s still there.

UPDATE: Managed to get out of the match, because we all logged off for 5 mins at the same time.

BUT now we can’t join anymore PvP, it just says Ranked match in progress. T_T

if i’d only know whos in my group ;-)

The map selection was still up when I logged off 30 mins ago because I couldn’t do anything.

Thanks Gaile! (And thank you team who_ rescued us!) We (or me at lest) still cant join arenas. “Match in progress” it says :<

I was in the temple of the silent storm match as well… After 5 minutes offline we were able to join back in the HotM. But i still can’t join matches. There is always the message: “You have been removed from matchmaking and must queue again”.

I have the same bug – was stuck in map last night @ 2 am (its now 2 pm following day)

I got out of the map by now, but am completely unable to queue for sPvP now.. Any idea how long till this issue will be resolved?

Hi Anet since the bug we had being trapped on courtyard i have another one now ever since. I can’t que anymore for a day now cause it keeps saying match in progress….also whenever I switch map in GW2 t gives some code of what couldbe wrong….my rl location is Holland and I’m on Piken EU server….please help, ty in advance

Update: Just heard from Ray that this issue should be solved for nearly everyone. He said there will be a few who may have difficulty queuing for a completely different reason, but for most, this bug has been zapped. (The other situation seems to be under review, too.)

I’ve been unable to queue sPvP for two days now.. Any updates would be appriciated, seeing as im not getting any reply on my support ticket either

Hi, same problem here. Yesterday I stuck in Skyhammer. So, I logged off cause I got my daylie rewards with this last pvp match and today I want to play pvp with 3 guildmates and we don’t able to join into the waitinglist. solo it’s possible for me to join, but don’t get into any match for hours?! When is it possible for me to play unranked/ranked PVP arena again??? I am from Germany, EU, Abbadons Maul.

any moderator or help….am I in the wrong topic section or what….it’s over 3 days now…can’t enter any que in pvp…for it keeps telling match in progress 24/7 restarted the game a 100 times now….this last new update didn’t fix it either…send an ingame mail as well for help…no response

You should contact support and put in a ticket, rather than post on the forums and send mail in-game.
