I purchased GW2 for me and my sister a couple of months back, and now we’ve managed to forget the password for one of the accounts and I can’t find the receipt containing the serial key.

Is it still possible to reset the password somehow?

Yes, she should contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that you own the account — please read this post and provide as many suggested details as possible to expedite the ticket.

The account holder will need to contact support. Go to the support tab at the top of the page and then to ‘Ask a Question’. Anything not known you put in unknown or N/A.
