Get on a team. Period. There’s going to be so many trolls, new players, bad players, etc from SPvP that getting out of the “im on a bad team” pit is going to be frustrating.
Since ranking is going to be the same, you might as well start a premade and hit the leaderboards first Then start soloQ if that’s your thing.
I’ve seen people running far dying on 1v3’s… not reading map chat and numerous rank 1 mistakes that cringes my teeth. But i guess being the same rank as everyone else, mmr is null the first couple of matches. Worst if you start losing those first couple of games.
