Basically what the title says. I think a minimum rank of 10 should be required to enter a solo queue. I would suggest to not have a minimum rank when joining as a premade though.

What does the community think?

Has been discussed already, everyone seems to agree but arenanet is not likely to implement it.

In a previous SotG discussion, ArenaNet stated that they are working on rating-specific queues.

Multiple queues, each with their own rating brackets. This will coincide with when they make rating visible.

i am not pro player, but i see many noobs level 1 or 2 playing, this people need know how capture point and kill someone.

r10 is made easily in 2-3 days, that’s not a big investment of time. Also there are 5 different maps in rotation, which can’t be learned in one day. You need more time to know where what is. So don’t tell me a r1-9 actually understands conquest, the maps and the different objectives.

PS: the “hotjoin-heroes” are mostly above r30. Players which made 10k glory are not anywhere near the abuse of excessive zerging.
