A third test season?

A ‘real’ season?

An apology for kittening us for the past 5 months and revert all bad changes?

A post saying “we have some great stuff coming but we can’t talk about it yet”?

What do you guys think?

Several months of nothing and then another awful test season with minor tweaks that don’t improve things much. Might sound too pessimistic but we do have a track record to go on.

I liked this season, and hope they make another just like it forever.

I’d rather just see a matchmaking revamp and a return to solo and team queues.

I want to see a real season not another grind fest no wonder blu left.

In my opinion we are likely to see a Third Test Season (with something different I guess? Leagues maybe? huehue).

When? My bet is before July. 15-21 June week is my bet on sPvP Ladder related news! I feel curious to see how this system is going to evolve. ~

I’m expecting another third test season “with minor tweaks” that don’t address any problems and keep uranked/ranked play in the kitten state it’s been in since Anet decided MMR-based leaderboards are good for every other esport but not a casual game like Guild Wars 2.

As it stands there is about a one hour window all week where I’m interested in queuing: Right before ESL starts when there’s at least 2 or 3 teams getting some last minute practice in Ranked Queue.

If they do another test season I won’t play spvp for a while and come back until the expansion, not going to be a beta tester for a third time no thanks.

The devs for this game have shown time and time again that they are utterly clueless about what it takes to create a competitive infrastructure for a game.

If you’re a solo player, a player that cares about actual rating (MMR), a player that doesn’t have time to play many games per day, or a player who doesn’t want to put up with long queues while being forced to do nothing else in game, then Guild Wars 2 is no longer the game for you.

It’s just the truth.
