Its prob gonna be on the 9th or 16th since that’s like a halfway mark in between the march and april patch. If it takes any longer then that, only reason i could see is that their hopefully adding the leaderboards in the game ui instead of posting them on a forums.

The PvP leaderboard is ready, but they want to implement it with a PvE leaderboard so you have to wait till that’s done. Theres rumors about a WvW leaderboard as well, so you will just have to wait.

Think of it restaurant style, your food maybe done, but your buddies food isn’t done so that’s why its taking forever to get the food.
