Its all in the title.

Why not have tpvp be a cross server player pool so that we can simply be matched against any player/team on any server. this would drastically improve matchmaking and balanced fights.

Ya I am sure. I have been paired with and against people I know from other servers often in frees and in paids.

It is separated by region, but all the servers from each region play together (NA and EU). Actually it would probably be good if the regions could somehow be combined as well.
