are they random rewards? the dude that had this one was like rank 20…

EDIT: did my forum research and apparently only this one dude has one…all the other posts about it were sourced from the same guy with quip. AND hes had it before this patch.

Its a fake hes in a thief and are just in preview mode with a pistol… why didnt he show this in currently equiped?
and hes just hidding the preview icon with the weapon description.
