What is normal queue time?
whatever it is for you. I solo que in ruby, my normal is about 3 mins and once in a while I get a 6+ min que and more often than not it ends very badly for me.
Man, you’re lucky. Each time I soloqed in ruby, i was getting 10+ min queues. But yeah, the longer the queue is, the worse match I expect.

Long queues usually mean matchmaking is having a hard time finding a roster of 10 people within their division/mmr so it’s forced to search lower the original bracket.
I get nervous when queue would pop above the 15min mark.
